SettleSavvy Legal Terms, Privacy Policy & Official Giveaway Rules

This document governs your use of the SettleSavvy platform, participation in any SettleSavvy giveaways, and the processing of your data. By entering the SettleSavvy Closing Cost Assistance Giveaway or using our services, you agree to all terms and policies set forth below.

PART I: OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

1. SPONSOR

The SettleSavvy Closing Cost Assistance Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Settle Savvy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, located at 2527 S. 45th E., Ammon, Idaho 83046 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and family members of Settle Savvy LLC, its affiliates, and partner companies within the SettleSavvy ecosystem are not eligible to win.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted beginning November 10, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time and ending November 23, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entrants may participate through one of two methods:

  • Online Entry: Visit the official giveaway page, complete the entry form, and (for bonus entries) schedule a free consultation with a SettleSavvy representative or partner lender.

  • Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry / “AMOE”):
    Handprint your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card and mail to:
    SettleSavvy Giveaway Entry, 2527 S. 45th E., Ammon, ID 83046.
    Entries must be postmarked by November 23, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The Giveaway includes three (3) prize categories:

Important:

  • Advertised prize amounts are examples only based on a $650,000 home purchase.

  • Actual prize values vary depending on the winner’s final home purchase price.

  • Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are applied directly to the winner’s closing costs.

  • Prizes are valid only when the winner purchases a home using SettleSavvy’s approved agents and lenders.

  • Winners must complete a qualifying home purchase within twelve (12) months of notification to claim the prize.
    Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 30, 2025.

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility.

  • If a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to respond in time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

7. CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

  • Winners agree to allow SettleSavvy to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

  • No cash substitutions are permitted. Prizes may not be combined with other offers.

8. TAXES

Prizes have no direct cash value, and thus no IRS Form 1099 will be issued. However, winners are responsible for any tax implications related to their prize and should consult a tax professional.

PART II: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using SettleSavvy’s website or participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

SettleSavvy provides neighborhood analysis tools, real estate data insights, and connections to vetted real estate and lending professionals.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information.

  • Not use our services for unlawful purposes.

  • Not attempt to interfere with system security or other users.

4. THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

SettleSavvy works with independent partner agents, lenders, and vendors. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or results of these third parties.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, data, and software are owned or licensed by Settle Savvy LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SettleSavvy provides all content and services “AS IS.” We make no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for real estate outcomes or third-party performance.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SettleSavvy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the Giveaway, or associated services. Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed $100.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

PART III: PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect:

  • Personal data (name, phone, email, city/state, home price range)

  • Browser/IP data for analytics

  • Information voluntarily provided in forms, calls, or messages

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your information may be used to:

  • Administer the Giveaway and verify eligibility

  • Schedule consultations and deliver services

  • Communicate with you via email, phone, or SMS (with consent)

  • Share with partner agents/lenders to assist in your home purchase

  • Improve our platform and user experience

3. DATA SHARING

We may share your data:

  • With SettleSavvy affiliates and partner agents/lenders (for service delivery only)

  • With third-party vendors who support our operations (email, CRM, analytics)

  • If required by law or to enforce our terms

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. SECURITY

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and you share data at your own risk.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP or using unsubscribe links.
